Our goods and services are subject to these terms and conditions. Confirmations of the buyer with regard to its business and purchasing conditions are hereby rejected. Deviations from these supply and payment terms are effective only when confirmed in writing.
The prices are inclusive of VAT for end users. The rates for business are quoted plus legal VAT and are placed separately from us as a dealer price list available to the customer.
All Product e.g. Images, sizes and colors are approximate and not binding. Orders we may, in writing, by fax, verbally, by telephone, electronically, to be delivered by mail or Internet. The presentation of products in our online shop is not legally binding offer, but is a non-binding online-catalog. By clicking the "order", you place a binding order in the basket of goods included. The confirmation of receipt of your order goes together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation of the purchase agreement has been reached. We save the contract and send you the order and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can view your past orders in our customer login area.
There is no minimum order. We deliver as long as supplies last. Deliveries are only available to addresses in Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland. There is a flat rate for packing and shipping is per package.

The delivery by us under the proviso that we be supplied correctly and on time and not responsible for the lacking availability. Compensation for late or incomplete delivery is excluded, unless gross negligence. In non-availability of goods, we will notify you immediately. The Shipping with DPD. The choice of the transport route is with the seller. Delivery is always fast as possible. We try to send to you the goods on weekdays within 24 hours after ordering.
Payment for the goods made either by cash, debit or bank transfer. For cash on delivery extra fees of 8.00 EUR, in order to be added automatically to the bill. The debit occurs when the goods leave our warehouse. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment types. If you come in default of payment, we charge interest at 5% p.a. above the current of the Deutsche Bundesbank announced base interest rate. May still prove that no or only a lesser damage caused by default.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail tofibrotex.strumpffabrik@t-online.de) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning Case withdrawn. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations pursuant to § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in connection § 1 para 1, 2 and 4 BGB-business for you according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received services from us and possibly towed uses (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must contact us if necessary interesting items. Fulfillment of all claims arising from the contract between us and the buyer is Leipzig. Leipzig is for merchants within the meaning of the Commercial Code of the exclusive jurisdiction of all disputes arising out of the contract.
Should any provision be or become void, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected These Terms are subject to German law under exclusion of the uniform international sales law.
